About Me
A member of the SAP club, slow and proud. I have completed 13 full marathons (including one easy 28mile ultra) so far.
My approach to running is simple: if you can't eat a flapjack while you run you are going too fast. Picnic pace is where it's at. As Confucius said, "it does not matter how slowly you go as long as you do not stop".
When life gives you lemons, grab your running shoes!
I have endometriosis, which often makes running difficult, painful or impossible, but I have been a lot healthier since I started running and have more energy, so I keep going, and I love it!
