Started running for fitness/weight loss and mental health in Jan 19. Completed C25K and became a parkrun regular. 2020 was to be the year I challenged myself with 7 races for the Sportlink Grand prix and Run Norwich. I achieved the first 3 (inc my first Half at Roar) before Lockdown cancelled all plans.
Practically stopped running during Lockdown, due to demands of virtual teaching on top of home learning with my youngest, along with busy pavements. Built fitness back up with a Half training plan to enter the virtual Roar in 2021, but other than rescheduled races haven't as yet entered anything else new for this year. Targets for 2021 include a monthly half, and 100k monthly distance to achieve 750mi annual total. (A 10k PB at run Norwich and a sub 27min parkrun would also be good)
