Describe your ideal run, ride or swim.
I'm not a massive lover of "racing" on the trails, but in terms of training runs, I love a quiet, easy trail with the trees, birds, sun glistening. I can sometimes tick off a few miles in those circumstances, and hardly realise I've done them.

What's the biggest challenge that awaits you?
In terms of planning/logisitcs, I'm on the quest for 100 Marathons. I've done 82 so far (as of 5/6/2020), but lockdown has stopped races. I don't race them all, but in terms of my PB I'd love to break 3:19 at some point in the near future.

What’s the best bit of advice that you would give to new runners, bikers and swimmers?
In terms of running, probably the best advice to newer runners is to "slow down".

About Me
As of 5/1/2021, we're back in lockdown, so no races. Over the last 3 or 4 years, I've been doing a few marathons with the aim of getting to 100 (I'm currently on 82). I'd also love to get a PB at the marathon and 5k (Pbs of 3:19 and 19:23 respectively) and I'm training quite hard through lockdown to hopefully achieve that when we start up again.
Main thing that is keeping me focussed is training to Heart Rate, using the Maffetone method.
