Three Things You Saw Today

1 oggi il 3 giorno è sempre un punto interrogativo ma mi alzo e forse il caldo e minor in effetti si poi mi rendero conto che è calata
2 in bagno come al solito benino e il ginocchio sembra tiene sono sicuro solo e mi faccio programma di fare falcone
3 cosi faccio e mi butto nel impresa poi su scendo vanvitelli bernini e incontro Fabio foto e poi giu ancora a santacroce e alla fine porto i miei 11 km di salite e discesa ma poi il ginocchio davvero nn stara bene e speriamo solo nel riposo
