Three Things You Saw Today

1 al solito 3 giorno lunedi siamo pronti o quasi ginocchio fa le bizze ma penso gia a domani e il riposo
2 scendo e come al solito non sento dolore, messo anche scarpe veloci le sento piu protettive e questo aiuta
3 la corsa come al solito da lenta diventa un medio almeno per me ma alla fine si va con un vo2 in ripresa e ora riposo
