Strathclyde 5k.
Very wet and windy and just made the start and no more after the warm up with Crambo.
Felt good at the start but about 3k mark could feel my brekkie (thougth it was going to come up) but after that managed to hold on. Usual last 1k run down to the tent felt like it was taking ages but eventually got there with a pb of 18:39 (unofficial), so delighted with that.
Good to keep the speedwork up after London and hope to still do a few over the next few weeks.
