Notes & Comments

Dartford Half marathon.

Extremely hot, hot, hot. Must've been about 24 degrees despite starting at 9am.

Great first couple of miles then slowed it down. Mile 11 was the worst with the dreaded hill up to Darenth Valley.

Average pace was 8:13 min/mile. Very pleased with the result considering the heat. Nick finished in 1:41.
