Virgin London Marathon 2013

Official time - Garmin stopped at 12.69 miles but restarted 0.31 miles later. Will backfill later.

3:09:12 - new pb. Had a go at sub 3:00 pace, nothing to lose with GFA valid for another year and to get some experience of this in a real race. Felt okay for 13 miles but started to feel it was not sustainable so stuck with plan b - "happy if it's sub 3:10"!

Extrapolated garmin data below with manual correction for mile 13 which stopped somewhere. Lap button pressed at 14 mile marker which gave mile 13 a reading of 0.69miles. This has been backfilled as follows:
