London marathon and omg 
the heat got to me and I crumbled from mile 5 onwards and I don't think I recovered, got a boost from family and friends at 5 and 7 mile and the fetchpoint at the halfway point and hugs from them @ 22 miles, great atmosphere as always kept the 5.30 pace going till 17 miles but the heat got to me too much, underneath my feet were very sore and I could hardly run and just had to run/walk from 20 miles onwards. Bring on vlm 2014 hope to get in the ballot
