Teamed up with fellow Cardiff Parkrun deserters Andy and Wendy for a sneaky look at Forest of Dean event. Small and friendly, just like San Dom really, even tea and coffee at the finish - Cardiff take note. Trail was like iron so got away with road shoes, managed to finish 6th - where are the Olympic selectors when you need them? Good runs from Andy, despite his fungal infected footwear, and from 1st lady Wendy. Got back home just before the 'blizzard'.
