A beautiful, sunny, November morning with light wind.
Due to having had a bad cold for the past 2 week on top of the training missed over the summer, I knew that I would not be up to going for my year's target time of 70mins. Rather, I treated this very much as training wearing a number with a 75min target. Fractionally over this, but it had taken me 9secs to get to the start line! Really felt the lack of training on 8th mile, but pleased that I found something left to do the last sub 7.
