Wahey :0) A sub 4 marathon to call my very own. Felt absolutely fantastic until mile 24 and then struggled up the final gentle inclines. Fairly even pace throughout and the five extra pounds I've put on in the last week to take carbing up to a new level must have worked. Great day. Great race. Off for a bath.
