Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Notes & Comments

St Neot's half-my fav half of the year.
Based on performance at Stowmarket Seven, I decided I'm gonna do St Neot's as a training run and take the pressure off me and avoid the disappointment every time I race since being injured. I guess, I'm expecting too much to get back to my form from earlier this year so quickly after reduced training from 8 months of injury! So I'll be there to run to enjoy the run and see my friends PB! :0)

UPDATE: perfect day for running, perfect organisation, lovely marshalls and lovely tech t-shirt again. Decided (definitely) at 2 miles to follow original plan of using this as a training run and take it easy. It made for a lovely run. My racing head has really just not been right since Edinburgh mara, and the injury over the last months from it and the mara training. Saw Marianne run a SB which she deserved though. Very pleased for her. Rich ran 1:51, so happy for him too. There's always next year for me to try for that sub 1:45! :0) Glad I've done it and just Luton Relay to do now and then no more races till late next year!!
