Not entirely sure about correct pace for this run. Did 1.3m at 5.8-6.0mph. Sped up to 7.3mph but I’m felt tightness in left groin (same as yesterday) so slowed down. Set speed to 6.4mph and it felt ok so did that for a while then increased it to 6.6mph. Had planned to get to 45mins but treadmill needs lubricating and the speed display was all over the place so I was unsure if it was recording correct distance. Abandoned as didn’t want to damage it.
