Hated it. Worse time than last year.

Howard from Liswerry told me about runners dying — just before the race. He’s 75 and talked like an old man! :)

Controlled HR all the way so hardly pushed at all. Also worried about downhill causing an injury for Cardiff 10k re: Marius

Tom almost got under an hour. He said he pushed much harder than last year.
