2 x [1000m @ 20s/m, 500m @ 22s/m, 1000m @ 20s/m, 500m @ 24s/m]. Started well but some discomfort in right knee (possibly from an awkward stretch in yoga this morning), so had to stop a couple of times to straighten it and try to click it, and generally had to back off in the second half.
