Notes & Comments

Loch Leven parkrun. Flippin freezin. Patches of ice on ground, but marshals to help you avoid them. Great to see louloops and MazH and pal Hannah (Chapman - Mini racer!) who is a youngster and track sprinter background, hence the last 200m a bit faster. Hopefully no harm done. And nice cool down run with Russell, just for a chat. Had to whizz to mum's after, so didn't stay for coffee. :-) G
