Pleased with this. I wanted a sub-4 and Betteshanger Park was hard work this morning with some very big puddles and high winds at times. I managed to carry last week's strong form into today's race and ran strong through to the end (despite losing it a bit in mile 24).

Pretty sure that I just managed to squeeze in negative splits.
