Three Things You Saw Today

1 Oggi siamo di nuovo in pista anche se cè sempre il problema ginocchio e di conseguenza la voglia ma
2 scendo peccato non ci sia nessuno ma alla fine dal vomero passo a manzoni il bagno sembra tutto ok e mi fermo qualche minuto in piu
3 la corsa sembra scorrere benino su manzoni supero a petto fuori e come al solito si attacca emi fa uscire un veloce km che da tempo non facevo alla fine riesco a fare 11 km e iniziamo agosto
