1 oggi pensavo di stare meglio o cmq di non avere grossi problemi ma come al solito
2 mi alzo pure bene e penso che sto bene ma poi durante la corsa dolore e a tratti lo sento
3 alla fine volevo andare piano ma non è piano non so se questo porta ma il dopo è stata dura e non so se riesco poi a correre pure domani speriamo
