Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Iranistan Road Loop
It's been nice out every day this week and it's so goddamn nice. Middle couple of miles on this are hella nice, good views, no cars, can actually run in the road. Also decided on this I gotta chill with trying to always end my runs at a certain time and sometimes just end when I get back (tho probs will still go to an even minute) Psoas was weird today. Felt it's normal, not great but okay the first 5 minutes or so. Then started feeling tightness not in the usual side of left ab down to groin area, but rather what felt like the actual left side of my abs which was weird. Not too bad tho, so I was happy, but then around 15 minutes it went from a slight tightness to more and more discomfort. Stopped for a minute and stretched it and then was kinda on and off for a while. Then last 10 minutes pretty much went away, but did have a few twinges of pain in normal psoas area. So idk. But I think overall better than the past couple days? Still is tight after tho ugh,
