1 e l allungamento mi hanno fatto bene e nel corsa mi sento benino anche se poi il buon francesco si trattiene per fare un lento fino alla fine ma poi sgliogli un po le gambe da solo cmq sia va bene cosi e domani sono salite san martino si spera con bella f
