Cardiff South West Indoor Champs 1500m. I felt very nervous and tired before the race. I was put in the second heat paced at 34 a lap. I felt pretty flat right from the start and struggled a with any pace. My breathing was very heavy by about 400m into it. Pretty gutted with the time but I was coughing a lot after so perhaps I'm still not very well. Surprisingly I won a bronze medal! Possibly because I there were only 3 people entered into the South West Champs!
