Notes & Comments

Beachy Head marathon. Running with Laura and going well until mile 16 when she fell and cut her knee. She ended up having to go to A&E for stitches while I carried on to the finish and then met her at the hospital. Nailed the last 10 miles, despite the Seven Sisters! Left foot was really sore and big toe was numb (due to tight calf) but felt really strong right to the end.
