chucky Admittedly doing this as part of a much longer run, but should run faster than last time as am in better shape. Would ideally like to break 17mins! Well not quite my predicted time, but still my fastest ever 5k on the 'road'. It's not the fastest of courses, so I know I have a good sub17 in me. Got 2nd place overall, so pretty good all round. Plus I blimmin hate running at 8.30am, let alone have to try and race at that time! Guys, if you want to earn credits, bet on me cos' I'm smashing pbs left right and center!
