sanddancer I'm very happy with that and rate it as my best performance so far (considering the terrain and undulations). I felt like I was running rather slower than I really was but successive split times proved otherwise. I ran the 10k in the second race of the series but this time my split at 10km was some six minutes faster than last time. It was also pleasing to put in some of my fastest km splits in the final few miles which was enough to overtake several people on the run-in.
