Flat Out Fi This was a new race and I really enjoyed it! Nearly all off road with some hurdles included!! (fallen trees). The first mile or so is all up hill then it evens out a bit and goes into the woods with a few obstacles along the way and then a sharp desent. Felt really strong - back to normal at last and was delighted to come 1st lady! Rebecca was 2nd lady and Nick was 3rd male overall! Not a bad mornings work for the Striders!! :o) Would defo do this one again. Unaffiliated 31:45 31:45 35:10 35:01 69.11
