Stet Gutted, lead the race from the off and got cramp with half a k to go. Struggled to the finish line for 3rd place. Didn't even make my target! Next time!

Ultra Kanga Kazzaaaaah!! Really happy with pace over first 4k but couldn't sustain pace. Really didn't know what to expect timewise today. Bit disappointed but overall there are more positives than negatives today and I've got a benchmark now to work from. Lacking pace at the mo so unlikely to be anywhere near a pb.
