SuperSooks Did this race as was too late for the 3000m (due to being told wrong venue!). Enjoyed this race and won :-), I was running on my own right from the start. Not used to racing this distance, hard to know what pace to go as it feels too fast, think I eased off a bit too much in laps 2 and 3 for fear of blowing up, but in retrospect probably could have got away with pushing it a bit harder mid race.
