mark41 this was my first race in 20 years after a long gap in running.Ienjoyed the run and it was a perfect race to start racing again with all abilities of runners running.It was a coolish clear sunny morning and i enjoyed the run. San Domenico RC 26:50 26:50 30:00 26:50 50.80
runningman69 Had a very slow start but managed to get going,pleased with the time having run in the cross country the day before. Once again a race that is short,simply not good enough, we pay good money to enter these races. Considering this race was the 5k welsh championships it's simply not good enough!!!
