FML Did this last year and enjoy it really much :). Perfects conditions and a fab time consider ran last 4 miles alone

Marts OK run but still feeling FX of blood donation I think. Very undulating course. was in 13th at top of 1st hill c0.5M, then moved into 7th by about 1.5M. Briefly 6th at 5.7M but had worked so hard cathcing him up the hill that couldn't hold on to sprint speed. 7th of say 90ish and great race. £5 entry and got a mug and £2.50 beer voucher at the end. Nice pint of Tom Woods 'Old Timber'. will be back next year. Oh and a 2:26PB due to only doing 1 6 mile race before which was 5 yrs ago. Silly PB really at have done 4 or 5 10k's quicker than this:)
