Fat Boy Super little race organised by Fife AC around a two lap course in Ravenscraig Park in Kirkcaldy. Pleased with run finishing 3rd overall (1st M40) in 11.41. Carnegie Harriers 9:40 11:41 11:41 73.40
toepointer Managed to get another race in! Was just pleased to finish after dropping out of the 1m race here in June. Finished 3rd female, beaten by 2 juniors, sprint finish with first female vet for 3rd place, which made for an enjoyable run. Really noticeable how much strength and race fitness I've lost since even June, when I ran here much more strongly until my leg Lasswade AC 12:44 13:56 13:56 66.72
