JB Firm ground, flatish course with some medium length minor rises. 3 laps incorporating both cross country and trail path. Fast race.

I went to slow on the first lap, struggled to raise the speed on the second and finally found my stride on the final lap and finished very strong. Need to warm up better on cross country, approx 5 miles to get the feel of the ground. Also need to push harder on the first lap and try to stay in with the second group as long as possible. RYAN_M I am relatively inexperienced when it comes to Cross Country races but I enjoy them and like to consider them as good strength training for the roads. Larne AC 29:23 29:23 30:00 29:23 69.50
