Insomniac I'm still grinning for ear to ear! Finally a small sign that I've improved just a little after a year of tough training. And from what they say I'm still on track for a sub 7:30 at comrades if I put in the right training. And 4th lady too (in a small field). The course wasn't the most spectacular, but flat and the weather was kind just a bit of wind in the second half.
