Ally2 entered 27/8 not done a 5k this year. 2 lap course with slopes!. started steady but still through 1st k in 3:04 in about 12th. between 2 and 3k took all the mansfield harrier vests and a charnwood one. Final 5th k not easy with undulation, grass and track and died a bit and nearly got caught on line. Came 6th in new PB so pleased. On flat couse sub 16 is there.
