The Belly Is Gaun Tae Get Ye New Route this Year. not out and back - still climbs for first three miles then downhill to cycletrack. Only ran has had to defend MV40 title. Not too bad, but lay off has taken a bit of fitness, hamstring did not like hills at start but other than that no problems. 3rd and medal for K in 9-10 race
