Blister Wow, wasn't expecting this, A PB by nearly a minute. First half felt good, second half was negative split, felt pretty strong until about 8k then gave a big push for the finish. I met MysteryRook who did very well and IiN got a great new PB, plus we both won spot prizes, so a great evening for me. I know I can go faster, well 2 mins 40 secs quicker in 2 weeks can’t be too bad, sub 40 hear I come. Came 40 out of 154.

Impossible is Nothing Hard but a great run and big PB - very pleased. Warm but not hot, which helped. A well managed race again by Great Western Runners. Won a spot prize as well tonight (and so did Blister). 24th out of 154.
