Greenock Anthony Nolan Trust 5k

purephase This race has the same course as the Greenock Ardgowen trust 5k i raced in earlir this year. So the time i get will be a good indication of how far i have improved between my first and second 5k race. I finished outside my predicted time but the course was slightly longer than the ardgowen race earlier this year. at the start of the race the officail said it was slightly longer than a 5k and i would guess it was about a 5.2k which would have taken me under my predicted time. but still happy to have beaten my best 5k time .
