Fat Boy Finished 5th from 138 runners. Pleased with run. It is two laps and I covered the 1st 5K in 17.53 and the 2nd 5K in 17.55. The race started at 2.30pm and was run in very hot conditions. Now require more speed work to get faster. Carnegie Harriers 31:07 35:24 35:48 75.08
