Runs With Coyotes Time to race again after 5 months of non-racing. And I might as well support a local race. Last year's winner finished in 18:46. So I have a chance! Finished 5th, in an unspectacular time, on a course that I reckon was slightly long, but I had great fun in the process. What I most love was that I got to run to this race, over the mountain behind the house to the next valley! The warm up may have been a little long and hilly though! My stomach remained unsettled from the antibiotics and my legs were still sluggish from Friday's hilltervals, but no complaints.This was pretty much what I expected. I definitely enjoyed myself, and loved having Joan and Riley at the finish. It was good to get a race in.
