James buckman The first proper race I have done set off way to quickly for the first 2k then suffered for the next 4k, where the uphill terrain was, 2nd half of course was easier but couldnt really recover from the way i started, learning curve for next time and still happy with my time! Zehnderboy Started off very well, found the uphill section from 3-6k very tough, recoverred during downhill section but struggled again 8-9k. Finish home was pretty strong but could not quite get inside my target. Eastbourne Rovers 43:42 50:30 50:00 50:30 53.22
