paskha 11th 10K / 2nd St Eval 10K. This was my PB for over TWO YEARS, until I smashed it in Oct 05, swiping 2 mins 14 secs off. This year I was hoping to do better - but as usual it was very hot - and I met a guy who was collapsing in the last mile, stopped and gave him some water, otherwise it would have been 55 mins. Also, at least 10 secs to get across the Start line! Mounts Bay Harriers 52:37 56:03 54:54 56:03 61.48
