paul the builder This is only 3 days after Ecos. and I have no clue about the course at all. Beating only previous 10k time of last year should be on the cards though... UPDATE.... Yes, clear PB, and only slightly feeling Wednesday's race still. A climb from 0.5k to 2.5k, along with a little sluggishness from Wednesday (I assume?) meant reaching 5k in a not very impressive 23:23, but I properly got going, helped by the downhill section from 5k to 7k, to come back in 21:16. Splits recorded in training log. Official results have me (ridiculously) as 45:11, so I'm going to (the first time I've done this) report my time instead of 44:39. 32 seconds out. Jesus. That's about 120m. Muppets.
