roger, may be the faster brother ag amazing race, cold swim, then took long time to transition plus full body shivers for first hour bike, good bike laps then good run lake and speed wqalk up and run back down snowdon, off bike feeling good to run and finished feeling OK, nutrition mix energy drink, few pees second lap bike and 2 on run, pancakes and cliff choc bars plus gels, 2 caffeine gels. Friendly race and good organisation
