Boycie I am in the form to PB, but this isn't the easiest course on which to do it. Unofficial time at the moment - let's hope it sticks!!! I had a good run anyhow - which was amazing after 1.5 bottles of wine on Monday night and then a beer on Tuesday lunchtime, what was I thinking??? Selfish Git!!! Woo hoo PB by 11 seconds ........ I have to say was under a bit of pressure with nearly 5000 points at stake from 55 people...... Cycled there and back (10 miles round trip) for my warm up. Out in 9:20 but struggled back in 10.15 .... perfect temp. Well happy to get you all your points.
