Blister Mens F race, finished 7th out of 12 in 4:37.73 (loads overtook me on the home straight!). Started off OK, but started to fade by half way and had to hold on for life on the last lap. Shows I'm not that fit at the moment, but also it was cold and windy and my arms went numb about half way through the race.
