SPR 10:26.72. I wrote a cheque in the first half that my body could not cash in the second half. No pacer as the slowest pacer was 76. Set off at 80 per lap, bang on at 800m, at 1500m think I had lost 5 secs, then the wheels started coming off, lol. My own fault, should have ran at 10:15 pace (which is what I predicted when I entered) and quickened later if I felt good.
