gtwhitton Disappointed to not have gone faster than that elusive 20 minute mark, but still a PB. Good conditions for running. Went off too fast first km and suffered later on. Didn't get passed by anyone after first 100m, so pleased with that, and managed to sprint away from next competitor in last km. Fife AC 19:11 19:53 19:59 20:11 63.67
