Sandpitt Not the best day for me. I think i paced it all wrong and as a consequence really struggled in the second half of the race. my legs just kept screaming to stop when ever a hill came in sight!The race itself was fine and well organised and I liked the unusual memento. sugs Yes I did it - got a PB, 47.50 Hard course, first three mile was fast down hill but second half just relentless up hill. Very fast finish. Will be on a high all day now> Trawden AC, Barnoldswick and Colne Running Group, Lancashire, Barlick Fell Runners 47:45 47:50 50:00 47:50 64.96
