Pitt the Elder Depending on route run, training runs have been between 1hr 15 and 1 hr 20 (probably 1h 18 is typical). Hoping that with a couple more week's training between now and the race, and the friendly downhill final 5k, that 1h 15 might be achievable. Would be v pleased with that tbh. 2/7//11 - Last 10k training run was seaon's best, 1hr 13m 57s. So hoping to get inside that ! 3/7/11 - Season's best by a long chalk. More down than up helped, but hot weather hindered, so VERY PLEASED!!
